<li>Un sobre de Royal. </li>
<li>A metade dunha tableta de chocolate. </li>
<li>Manteiga. </li>

Preparación: </div>

<li>Encéndese o forno e ponse a 150ºC. </li>
<li>Nun bol, sepáranse as xemas das claras e móntanse as claras. </li>
<li>Cando estén ben montadas, mestúranse coas xemas. </li>
<li>Bótanselle as doce culleradas de azucre mentres mesturamos todo. </li>
<li>Cun colador, colamos a fariña co sobre de Royal para quitarlle os grumos. </li>
<li>Mesturámolo cos ovos e co azucre. </li>
<li>Cando todo esté raiado, botamos o chocolate no bol. </li>
<li>Coa manteiga, untamos o bol e botamos a mestura que fixemos antes. </li>
<li>Metémolo no forno e esperamos que suba. Cando esté subido, miramos cunha agulla para doces se está ben feito e baixamos o forno a 100ºC.</li>
<li>Deixamos que se dore un pouco. </li>
<li>Sacámolo do forno, e de aí a uns minutos desmoldámolo. </li>

<li>50 grs. de Maicena. </li>
<li>25 grs. de fariña. </li>
<li>200 grs. de azucre. </li>
<li>Unha corteza de limón. </li>
<li>4 xemas de ovo.</li>

Preparación (crema pasteleira) :</div>

<li>Poñemos unha pota ao lume con leite, a corteza do limón e o azucre. </li>
<li>A parte, mesturamos as 4 xemas coa fariña, a maicena e un pouco de leite. </li>
<li>Cando ferva o leite na pota, incorpórase a mestura anteriormente citada, lentamente e sen deixar de remover. </li>
<li>Déixase cocer un par de minutos. </li>

<li>Mestúrase todo ben. </li>
<li>Métese ao forno. </li>
<li>A capa resultante, bótaselle por enriba a crema pasteleira, enrólase todo nun trapo, e déixase reposar. </li>
<li>Por último, emplátase. </li>

<li>55g de manteiga. </li>
<li>100g de azucre. </li>
<li>2 ovos medianos. </li>
<li>210g de fariña. </li>
<li>Media cucharada de café de levadura Royal. </li>
<li>Unha pizca de sal. </li>
<li>Unha cullerada de café de vainilla en po. </li>
<li>Azucre glass. </li>

<li>Fundir o chocolate e añadir a manteiga. </li>
<li>Batir o azucre e os ovos ata que doblen o volume e adquiran un ton pálido. </li>
<li>Añadir a vainilla e mezclar co chocolate e a manteiga. </li>
<li>Tamizar a fariña coa levadura e a sal e añadir a mezcla anterior sen traballala demasiado, só ata que estén unidas. </li>
<li>Poñer na neveira durante unha hora. </li>
<li>Formar pequenas bólas e pasar por azucre glass ata que estén ben cubertas. </li>
<li>Poñelas na placa do forno, un pouco separadas. </li>
<li>Prequecer no forno a 170º e fornear durante 10 minutos ata que craquelen. Deben quedar crocantes por fóra e blandiñas por dentro. </li>
<li>Arrefriar sobre unha reixa. </li>

<li>Fariña. (A que sexa necesaria) </li>
<li>4 culleradas de azucre. </li>
<li>2 culleradas de manteiga. </li>
<li>1 ovo. </li>
<li>1 copa de anís. </li>

Ingredientes (biscoito):<br />

<li>5 ovos. </li>
<li>2 tazas de azucre.</li>
<li>2 tazas de coco. </li>
<li>Ralladura de limón.</li>
<li>1 taza de patacas. </li>
<li>Cereixas confitadas. </li>

Elaboración (masa de hoxaldre):<br />
<ol>
<li>Colocas a fariña en forma de volcán e bótaselle o azucre, un ovo, a manteiga e o anís. Logo, amasas ata ter unha masa homoxénea.</li>
</ol>
Elaboración (biscoito):<br />
<ol>
<li>Póñense as claras a punto de neve e bótaselle unha cullerada de azucre por cada ovo. Logo fas unha mezcla co resto do azucre, o coco, as patacas (feitas puré) e a ralladura de limón coas cinco xemas ben batidas. </li>
<li>Mezclamos todo coas claras a punto de neve. </li>
<li>Esténdese a masa de hoxaldre. Despois estendemos todo no molde sobre a masa de hoxaldre. </li>
<li>Por enriba adornamos co que sobre do hoxaldre e máis coas cereixas confitadas. </li>
